		<description>Anxiety and depression are many times a biological problem that require medication. It is a disease just like diabetes or heart disease and does require medication. You must be taking the wrong medications if you are still suffering from the anxiety. There are many that are safe and work. Anxiety usually coexists with depression which also requires an antidepressnt. There are antidepressants that also help with anxiety. Maybe you should try another psychiatrist. Whatever you do don't give up there is help.  Unfortunately because of the biological nature of the disease there aren't any miracle cures or natural products that will help you, no matter what anybody may tell you. 1-You have to learn to change the way you are thinking. This means BLOCK bad thoughts in the moment that came out to your mind.

2-NEVER see violence programs on tv or news that included violence .

3-drink warm milk before going to bed.

		<description>I have a problem with anxiety and i have been on medication, its helped me alot, but i have found that changing my diet a little helped me alot. Cut down on suger(avoid those crashes) and caffeine. Exercise is good for channelling all that nervous energy. The excerise and cutting down on the caffeine was helpful in helping me sleep better, and therefore would reduce irritability. I still would worry from time to time, but i am not as anxious as i used to be.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
