look for himalaya herbal products. a herb which is fed to calm agitated elephants was made ready for human consumtion by them!

try a weak rosemary tea. You will know in advance if this will work for you by smelling the leaves (it works if they smell nice). Keep a sprig in your pocket for when you are out and about.

Lemon balm makes a nice tea so does Chamomile and both are used for anxiety. Chamomile should be infused for no longer then 5mins as can get to strong also if seeped longer than 15mins it changes and becomes a stomach-tic which will expel anything in Your stomach.Also good are hops, passion flower and Valerian[helps sleep] and skullcap which s a Strong nervine herb.
For just general nerves try Kalms, they’re really good tablets and you can get them easily
