natural remedies for depression/anxiety.?

i was diagnosed w/ depression when i was 14 and for the next 3 years i tried several prescription meds. i didn’t want to but my parents made me and i didn’t have much of a choice. i got nothing but side effects with no benefit from them whatsoever.
i’m 20 now and since then i’ve learned to live w/ my depression but over the past year or so i’ve been developing anxiety also and that in turn in making the depression hard to deal w/. i’m reluctant to go back on prescription meds, are there any natural ways to deal w/ my depression and anxiety like vitamins and the such?
i already take b-12. i think i eat pretty healthy (vegetarian, i dont eat fried foods and i eat foods low in sugar, sodium and fat) and i ride my bike at least 3 miles a day 6 to and from work, plus additional 6-7 mile rides 3 or 4 times a week. exercise does help.

do yoga and meditation

Stop eating sugar because it makes you more depressed the more you eat it.

vitamin b helps to rejuvinate you and feel fresher and more awake, and exercising helps so much. Exercising produces endorphins which make you happy. Natural sunlight tends to increase endorphins. Green tea works wonders for depression as well.
