What is that tea, drink, natural remedy to rid of anxiety and panic? Kaba?

I have heard this name before.

Kava kava ~ It is an herb traditionally used by herbalists as a remedy for nervousness and insomnia. Also a mild diuretic, it helps reduce water retention and relieve cramping due to muscle spasms.

any good health food store should be able to supply with the organic variety of kava kava ……….. organic is the best way to go as the essential oils in the herb will still be so potent. Besides, the commercial varieties have had so much goodness pulverised from them that they could never possibly be used for therapeutic purposes.

2 teaspoons per pot, topped with boiling water and set to brew for 10 - 15 minutes should be sufficient……….. when the pot is empty the spent leaves can be reused by simply retopping the pot with hot water and rebrewing ♥

caution: long term use of kava kava can cause liver damage.
