Anyone try Lucinda Bassett’s Overcoming Anxiety & Depression Program?
I have been thinking of trying this CD program anyone have any comments on it?? Have you tried it does it work?
I did purchase the tapes and program eons back for about $300. I have anxiety/depression and noticed my teen daughter was having the same symptoms so..the tapes are wonderful, but costly. Just finding out that the quirkiest things I did was not so original was quite relieving. I actually laughed at some of the testimonials because I felt like they were talkin’ about me! There’s also a great relaxation tape.

I don’t know but have seen the ads on tv.
I too would like to read if anyone bought the cd. I had Depression and Anxiety and am taking medicine for it and hope to "wean" off it. thinking maybe this cd is the answer in eliminating drugs for these kind of mental problems!
